Michael
Ivo for
Alba for a girl
Should have said, Ivo for a boy, Alba for a girl.
Also like Noah for a boy and Jaz for a girl.
I like names that are unusual, but not unknown. Classic names, too. Or anything in between. I don't want them to have the same name as every other kid in their primary school class, but equally I don't want them to spend their whole lives spelling out their name for people.
Our surname is very 'normal' and English, so a classic name will suit well. Could probably carry off a slightly less normal name, but deffo nothing ethnic or wacky. And probably nothing ending in an n. And nothing that anyone else in my family is already called.
Obviously I have my work cut out for me
Which ethnicities are you avoiding specifically, you can't avoid them all?
Lucas
Lucy
All except traditional British or heavily anglicised names.
Don't think our surname could carry off a Jean-Baptiste, or an Eduardo, or a Bronislawa.
Probably should have said foreign. Nothing foreign-sounding.
Don't jest, that was nearly my middle name!
I like the name Ben tbh.
But my kids names will be Michaela and Jack.
I also like Alexis and William. And I personally wouldn't shorten Oliver to Olly. I think Olly is meh. And there's a twat at work who's nephew's name is Olly and is a little shit.
I like corey (decided today haha) for a boy and saskia for a girl when i have my next one!
you gonna tell us what ur havin when u find out xx

And Kurt, and Rufus for boys...
Ohh and Scarlett and Violet for girls lol x

Girl = Lyra Grae Elizabeth Nicholson
boy = Gabriel Christopher John Nicholson
I only mention as these are my favourate names, Lolz killed the "-" in Lyra-Grae but I do not mind.
Sounds weird when you say that :thumb:
I'll bet. Mrs KHSS. Weird, I remember when...
For girls, I like Shannon, Sinead, Imogen & Sophia
Boys: Andrew, Nikolas, Christopher, Giovanni, Tristan
