Girls names, i like virtue names, like grace and stuff, i quite like alexandra. But bitchy girls have ruined quite a lot of girls names for me
I know we have these threads a lot, but it's been a while since the last one, and I need to steal all your good names cause my baby name book is shit.
It has Tupac in it. And 50 Cent
Haha brilliant!
I like simple, traditional names, like Grace, Harry, Charlie.
Btw Thief, Alexandra is obviously the most awesome name there is!
I'm sorted for girl names
Unless I took Frank for a boy? :chin:
For boys I like Joseph, Jake, Joshua, Samuel, and Lewis
Unfortunately have known one too many arsehole Olivers. One of the otherwise nice names that's been ruined forever by shitheads I've come into contact with.
There's quite a long list
This has only just occurred to me, but did you mean like Olive with an r on?
I'm becoming dumb
The other day when my mum rang, I picked up the phone, forgot to say hello and then thought no one was there. :chin:
All the Andrews/Andys I know are nice. Things like that sway me!
I really like George (family name), but it's so popular now, and I don't want him to be like the 5th George in his class, cause I was like that at school and it sucked.
For dudes i like Alex and charlie :P
For a boy, I like Ricky. And Oliver too. You could make it like Ollie so it didn't remind youof this shithead?
Unfortunately it's not just one shithead, but a variety spanning several years. I'm sure there are Olivers who are nice, but I don't think I've ever met one.
They all tend to shorten it to Olly, too, so generally a no go!
I'm so fussy with boy names. I kind of feel like it is a boy, too, and I worry I'll never find *the* name.
With our girl names there are a few that I don't just like, I can actually imagine having a daughter called that, and what I'd call them for short and everything. No boy names have taken me the same way.
eva (my granny!)
ilse (also my granny, not on good terms but also lovely name i think)
joy (boyfriend suggested this)
ingrid (seems like a smart sturdy name)
nina
boys:
charles (but charlie..)
oliver
jasper
jarvis
Definitely. I'm shit with surprises, I couldn't stand not to know. Hopefully will be able to find out in about 3 weeks
When I do decide on a name, I'm going to keep that secret til they're born, though. Stop people slagging off my choices until it's too late
olive?? :hyper: that is cute
for a boy i like charlie, sam, harry, william, matthew, jamie etc
Maybe you could brainwash him?
I think Ivy's retro cute. Mr O has the same feelings about Stan, but I think it kind of rocks. At least when he's 70 it'd be cool!
Think I've ruined it a bit for myself
Plus everyone would call her Olive Oyl, or Olivio
