    IMHO, you need someone who is confident enough to deal with your insecurities, and you're less likely to find that in someone 5 years younger than you. Not impossible, just improbable.

    But why don't you meet BEFORE the picture..? Then you won't be prejudiced and all. And where do you meet them all..?

    It seems largely irrelevant but I would feel very much uncomfortable if I had a teenage daughter who was internet dating and chatting to goodness knows who. Even at 17/18 it's a risky business, although I don't think that aspects ever really goes away! I hope you find happiness, obviously if you're not getting out and about you're probably not going to find a girlfriend any other way but I hope you don't give up on getting out a bit more.
