Is she at that annoying "follow you everywhere, asking loads of questions" stage?
I have a neighbour who's daughter is like that "hwere you going", "where's Luke", "what you doing"... :banghead:
Yes
She won't leave me alone. However, I'm going to let her off as I don't see her much as I'm always away at University. When I visit my Mum and she knows I'm coming, she waits for me in the window then gives me a hug and kiss when she sees me. She keeps saying "I love you" which is reallllyyy cute.
She won't leave me alone though if I'm in the house AT ALL and if I'm not around she'll be like "wheres Stacey?". She follows me around everywhere, I can't even go to the toilet without her being there knocking on the door going "staceeeyyyy"
She is three in September. Time really does fly
I have memories of that - except my kids didn;t call me Stacey, obviously.
Guess I have it to look forward to as well...
Certainly does. My eldest is thirteen. I remember holding him in my arms like it was yesterday.
I remember him crying at an episode of Thomas the Tank Engine because on of the trains got bricked up in a tunnel.
I remember him watching as a squadron of RAF Tornados flew over and saying "one, two, three.. [pause]... lots"
It's those moments which make the sleepless nights worthwhile. I will treasure them forever.
Best thing ever tbh.
It upsets me a little bit because I've missed out alot on her growing up. She was born the night before I moved to University. Of course, I go home in the holidays and stuff, but I've missed out on things. HOWEVER, I think the fact I'm not there much makes it nicer for when I am actually at home. Makes me really appreciate the time I get with her.
But still, I finish University next month which is scary because its all gone so fast.
I think age 2/3 is a good age. They are lots of fun
My niece Phoebe.
My nephew Adam.
