today's officially my last week here. im kinda sad to leave the mix because of all of the new changes, but when i get my computer back ill try to join the chats. cant do it on a phone because i dont know my password. of course i can reset it but i dont want to do that honestly.

got home from hospital around 6:30 ish - I had an Xray after being fast tracked. Basically I have swelling in my lymph nodes. It usually happens when your body is fighting a virus or under stress. The hospital have told my GP to monitor it (they won’t!!) because if the swelling won’t go down they’re will have to do more tests

on train now to my hospital appt. it’s over 3 hours away n im just so anxious :(.
my worst fear. i have to go back. :/ but the physiotherapist who i wasnt supposed to even be seeing bc its a completely different injury but. the physio has helped me n given me exercises to help my injury. he was so lovely. the hospital was so lovely n cant thank them enough for being so kind.

when the nurses was discussing my situation she said well done to me n i was doing amazing despite being in pain. she was so lovely 😭.

@eylah Thanks for sharing this with us, it sounds like the appointment went well and the physiotherapist has helped you find some exercises to help your injury, but I'm hearing that you're feeling unsure about going back though, which is completely understandable. Would you like to share more about your concerns with that?
I've added spoilers to your post now as you said you can't seem to do that from your phone. I'm not sure why that is, but I will let the team know so that we can work that out. Thanks for letting us know about that!

im worried abt going back bc i was thinking that when i went today it was a one occasion but. now im having to go back so im feeling anxious abt why i have to go back.i have dressings to do myself on it but im just feeling anxious abt it all. probably bc i dont know what is going to happen next if that makes sense?
