I undertsand it can be really difficult when you feel like you have tried everything, but I'm hearing thay you want to find ways to feel better.
These include services that offer counselling and therapy (both for a fee and free / low-cost)
Services that offer emotional support and a space to chat and be heard.
Services that might be able to offer practical help and advice.
Which of these would you be most interested in?
