    my dad said that hes hidden everything that can be used to harm myself which is good, therefore i doubt ill be able to do anything.

    i dont know, i dont feel anything, it went alright, they just asked me questions and then discharged me. im trying not to self harm today.

    i have the urge to do it again but i cant physically do it because my parents are at home and i dont think ill be able to find anything since i presume that theyve hidden all of the tools. im safe and i have no plans to self harm.
