This is a space to chat or vent about things which you think may be more triggering for the Community but still want to get off your chest.

Every Monday morning we will close the thread and start a new one so we have a fresh one each week. If you'd like to check out this week's venting thread that isn't triggering, click here.

there is a service (not nhs) local to me that have a crisis team. i was given the contact info for them so i reached out on sunday morning when rly struggling. when it comes to talking abt how i feel i find its easier to do over text or email etc. i ended up using the email i was given. i had hope for the service but they finally replied to me today and told me try talking to shout instead. i rly do give up.

@Mai ugh sounds like your classic crisis team. I really do think they should offer more text based options, as so many people struggle talking over the phone about feelings, it feels a bit intense having to do that. I hope you’re feeling a bit better since sunday but we’re all here to chat if you did want to talk about anything

do you need medical help for your sh? if so pls call 111 or your gp for advice or go to your local hospital. we’re here for you <3.
ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

ive never really stayed up longer than a day, so im wondering what it would be like to stay up for two days. i know its detrimental to my health but im curious to see how ill react under two days of sleep deprivation. i mean, one day's worth of sleep deprivation is already affecting me. my reaction times are slower, i tend to phase out often and i feel tired. so i think im just going to go to sleep tonight to avoid further hassle...

Hey @toffuna101 - I hear you, and it sounds like things have been really difficult recently. But like you said, sleep is important for your health. I care about you and want you to be healthy. I know it can be hard, but you deserve care from yourself, as well as from others <3
