I hear so many different aspects and thoughts swirling around about this situation, and it really feels overwhelming. I wonder where your head is at today in regards to those suicidal feelings and not feeling entirely safe with your parents sometimes?
You deserve to be heard, and we are here and listening!
Because I’m mad I’m scared
@LolaPumpkin13 hey, i know that panic attacks are scary, so let's try and get through them first, and then talk a bit about things after shall we. So, let's try first of all, breathing deep breathes in, then deep breathes out, and repeat that for about 30 seconds okay.
@LolaPumpkin13 I know it's really crushing and overwhelming, and i know how it feels to be at rock bottom, having been there myself, feeling unable to really take it anymore, but it want to just assure you that feeling at rock bottom isn't forever. It might seem like there isn't any light at the end of the tunnel, but there is, it's just hard to see sometimes, from where you are.
Grief (including grief over your relationship) is something that is difficult to overcome. It's something that people learn to live alongside if that makes sense rather than erase it. And it does become more and more manageable as time goes on thankfully. It's just about trying to hold on during those particularly hard times, and those low points.
I know i've mentioned this before, but have you considered talking to Kelly's heroes possibly? I know you mentioned you talked to shout and a few others, but from personal experience when i couldn't take it anymore, Kelly's Heroes really did help me. I'll just leave the link for you if you wanted to give it a try: https://kellysheroes.org.uk/services/live-chat/
A break-up like this where you are feeling guilt is a form of grief, so it makes so much sense why you are feeling so torn up about everything - we understand here
