  I can imagine how you must be feeling especially if you feel like you got the symptoms of pregnancy as well. It may be an idea to have an appointment with a doctor so they can look into it and check that you're okay too *if the symptoms do continue*. That does sound for you right now too especially as you know you haven't done anything either. Just wanted to check in to see how you are doing today?.

  @Azziman im unable to share my fear of pregnancy but some do know but it’s complicated
  
  Sometimes I will get so many symptoms of pregnancy and then they will vanish for ages and then I will get them again like sometime my tummy will seem more rounded than other times 😭 but there’s actually no possible way to be pregnant unless I’ve been blessed over night

  This sounds really confusing and conflicting @River, especially when your fear is "complicated" Is there anyone around you who knows how you are feeling at the moment? You deserve support through this, even if you know you are not pregnant!

  @Laura_tigger82 not many people know about the complicated thing that makes me scared of pregnancy as I’ve mentioned it before but don’t think people cared or believed me so there was no point I just keep it hidden
