Pregnancy fear

So I’ve not had sex but fuck the slightest symptom that relates to pregnancy I start feeling like I’m pregnant when I know am not but it scares the crap out of me 😭 I can’t get rid of the fear or the feeling that I’m pregnant :/ ffs

    I can imagine how you must be feeling especially if you feel like you got the symptoms of pregnancy as well. It may be an idea to have an appointment with a doctor so they can look into it and check that you're okay too *if the symptoms do continue*. That does sound for you right now too especially as you know you haven't done anything either. Just wanted to check in to see how you are doing today?.

    @Azziman im unable to share my fear of pregnancy but some do know but it’s complicated

    Sometimes I will get so many symptoms of pregnancy and then they will vanish for ages and then I will get them again like sometime my tummy will seem more rounded than other times 😭 but there’s actually no possible way to be pregnant unless I’ve been blessed over night

    This sounds really confusing and conflicting @River, especially when your fear is "complicated" :/ Is there anyone around you who knows how you are feeling at the moment? You deserve support through this, even if you know you are not pregnant!
