volunteering for citizens advice

so after not getting a follow up from the three local libraries to volunteer for the summer reading challenge, i decided to use the volunteer website for my county in order to find volunteering opportunities near me. now i used this website before almost a year back to apply for some retail volunteering opportunities. basically they told me to apply through their website and i did not to get any email or phone call back from them. i guess they didnt want me to volunteer for them then. so this time i decided to apply for a volunteer admin position at citizens advice. so i did and they told me to email this email address. basically they said that i need to have a laptop or a tablet at specific specifications, but for some reason they didnt mention windows 11. i asked whether windows 11 would be good and they said yes it should be fine. we set up an online meeting on wednesday the 13th of august at 12:15pm so im looking forward to it. i hope i get to volunteer for citizens advice because ive been ghosted or rejected by these companies just to volunteer for them. i hope you dont have to be 18 to volunteer for citizens advice because it didnt say how old you have to be to volunteer for them in the volunteering description. and plus to use the volunteering website you have to be 16 and i meet that age requirement.

Good luck with it all, I hope it goes well for you and that hopefully they should be able to let you volunteer with them. I know that feeling myself of getting ghosted by various companies and it makes you wonder sometimes whether they are actually doing their jobs properly totally feel you there <3.

gd luck @toffuna101 !! rooting for you. <3
ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

Just saw this in my email notifications the other day sorry for the late response. That defo sounds good then and sounds like something you may enjoy doing as well too?. I know you mentioned it's admin work so I'm guessing you can work from home in a way which is a added bonus.
