Had PTSD episode/ going back to work

So I basically saw something a few hours ago that triggered a bad PTSD flashback that really wasn't fun to experience at all so I am currently quite distressed and I have been this way since the episode.
I am back at work on Tuesday which is a good thing as I enjoy my work but at the same time I am rather nervous mostly because I haven't been for a little while due to my health, I know my boss and all the staff understand but you just never know what to expect when you go back to work after having some time off.
There is a lot more going on but not going to say much more then I already have.

It sounds like you have a lot on your plate, but I won't push you to talk about things if you don't feel comfortable. Just know that we're here to support and listen if you'd like to talk about things.
But I guess I will just mention a few things that I feel comfortable enough to share.
I am currently spending a lot of my time paying attention to a 12 year olds behaviour, mostly because they are showing a few signs of significant low mood and I want to do what I can to prevent things leading to something much worse.
This kid has some special needs such as ASD and basically his school is failing him, they aren't following his plan and they are not giving him the support that he should be getting. If you know how much about the uk school system you will know they are awful, especially if a child has disabilities. I have already made complaints against 2 different education buildings and I am currently also getting as much evidence as I can as I potentially will end up having to make a complaint against another one within the next few months. So this has been on my mind a lot.
This is basically nothing compared to everything else going on right now but that is all I am feeling comfortable enough to say at this moment.
Thank you
