    tw - another suicide attempt
i tried to end my life again, which means that ive now had three serious suicide attempts. ARC Rapid Response are worried about me so theyre going to pass on my concerns to camhs. im not sure whether i should be medically cleared again. i dont feel any pain or any changes to my body other than a bruise. im also not sure if its worth going to A&E just to be medically cleared because i guarantee you that the camhs crisis team will just discharge me instantly like last time. im just calling out for help at this point.

if you’ve tried harming yourself again you need to go to a&e or call 111. we can’t help you when you’re in danger and in active crisis. i know that’s rude of me to say but we can’t. you need immediate support.
ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

its not rude at all dont worry, i understand why you would say that. the thing is A&E will just discharge me instantly, and by that i mean the camhs crisis team will discharge me. i could phone 111, however like i said yesterday im not allowed to have my phone at night so id have to ask my dad to phone 111 on his phone for me. i doubt he will though as hes just as fed up with the mental health services as i am. so im kind of stuck here. i mean, what will 111 even do anyways? theyll just say to go to A&E too. @eylah

i mean it sounds as though you might need to be checked over by a dr? so going to a&e is important. especially if it’s an attempt on your life.

true, but should i really go to A&E just for that? i feel like its not an emergency since i can still function and breathe normally. physically im fine. @eylah

at the end of the day you’ve harmed yourself that’s an emergency mental health matters as much as physical health.

@toffuna101 eylah is 100% correct. Go to A&E right now. The fact is, you can have internal damage below the surface, you could have all sorts and your in a mental health emergency. You need to get to A&E immediately, and every single person on here and in the medical profession 100% would agree.

i cant take myself to A&E since im too young to drive. plus my dad has work tomorrow so he cant take me too. he needs to rest. in fact because of me (he has psychosis too) hes started taking double the dose of antipsychotics. i dont want to make him worse because of me. my mum cant take me because she needs to rest too. and i dont have my phone with me so i cant call the police to take me. i cant call an ambulance also because of this. so im stuck. i dont know what to do. the camhs crisis team will just discharge me too. but to be fair id only want to go to A&E this time to get medically cleared. thats it. i dont really mind if camhs discharge me. the only option i have is to contact childline again and explain the situation. then they can break confidentiality and send out an ambulance for me.

im sry if i sounded rude or anything but if you’ve harmed yourself you need to get yourself to a hospital. i just care abt you and you rly need to get checked out. even if you call 111 and explain to them what you’ve done. they might just get a clinian to call or something. im sry.

@toffuna101 you 100% need to go. I have a cousin, he bumped his head and was fine for 3 days, then died out of nowhere after a headache. He had a brain bleed, despite only having a small bump on his head. Damage beneath the surface might not present as severe on the outside, but can be severe on the inside. That's why they need to check you out, even if it's just a bruise. And the fact is, you're in a mental health crisis, so you 100% need to get to A&E where they can keep you safe and help you. They will 100% catch on to the fact it's happened this many times in this many days, and you will accelerate and increase what support there is. ARC by the sounds of it sounds like a social care scheme, not mental health professionals for dealing with emergencies. I'm afraid it's not an ask toffunna to go to A&E, i'm gonna have to demand you either ask your dad to take you or ring them.

@toffuna101 yes 100% contact childline. And your dad's psychosis is not your fault. Don't ever say that it is. Either wake your mom or dad, it's an emergency and it's there duty, or ring childline to get them to send emergency services to help.
