@River tell them to get fucked and block them, the silly little shits don't deserve a moment of your time River. People like that are cruel, and they are not worth a second of your time or thought.
@River how many people? Is it just one or multiple cause these thundercunts tend to act in groups?
@River the cowardly type. No backbone, no decency, no morality. I'm so sorry these assholes are saying this and doing this.
It's illegal under Section 2 of the Suicide Act 1961, Malicious Communications Act 1988 and the Public Order Act 1986 to tell somebody that or to encourage it via messages, so screenshot them all as evidence.
You could contact 101 and get charges pressed, as it is a crime. Or you can point out it's a criminal offense and threaten to press charges against them. 100% they will scram like cowards and tell you who told them to say it and pin the blame on each other. I recommend the 101 option.
@River that is true, you are a very strong person, but other's might not be. If this is how he reacts to one person talking to him, then imagine what he'd be like to another person in future who stands up for themselves. Not everybody will be as strong as you are. It's best to just get it flagged so if he does it again, then they will take action more decisively.
Plus, the whole circle of minions he has will just break apart at the mention of police. They'll be pinning it on one another, panicking, and his social circle will no doubt abandon him to save there own arses. 50+ messages from multiple people is extreme. At the very least report it, have an officer go round and warn him and his lackeys, and don't press charges if your concerned about that. But if you let this go on, they will keep doing it and feel emboldened and do it some more, possibly to others as well.
Your a kinder person than me @River, cause i would have released the hounds on that fucker.
He spends his time driving people away because he’s always been a self centred bitch
(I’m not normally nasty but if you knew the shit this guy put me through when we were friends it would make sense lol)
@River if i were you then, i'd tell his lackeys it's a criminal offense, name the laws broken, and warn them that it's 14 years max under the suicide act 1961 alone (it's never as long as that, it's mainly aimed at those who assist it, but that's the longest you could go down for technically under it. More accurate punishment under it would be community service at a push for online messages). Trust me, once you tell them that, and explain all messages are saved. Even if they are deleted, they can be restored if the companies are asked eg phone company, phone network, social media platform etc etc. They would shit themselves and promptly shut the fuck up with it.
I won't ask because it seems like a delicate topic, but just remember, you have this ace up your sleeve.
@River well, i'm glad to know you've got a plan to stop these messages, cause it's bang out of order. And again, keep screenshots of them just in case in future. Glad you can at least make positive out of it with the popularity boost 😂
they didnt give me extra therapy or put me in a mental hospital but they gave me more extra support in terms of social care. its called ARC rapid response. im not sure if this is a county only thing but feel free to search it up.
