Work- better shift, are adjustments thrown out the window

Hi,
So had a proper rough shift last thurs (5th). tired to speak to service manager Friday, my manager messaged tuesday Arranged a time, delayed it, cancelled it, rearranged it to Wednesday, yep cancelled it again, said he'll speak to me on shift Thurs. Took me out eventually started it, someone decides to barge in, he just didnt bother delving into it, just said I'll phone you tomorrow definitely.
Yesterday wax finally a better shift, wasnt "out of action", allowd to shadow. Am I nursiance?? I askedd a collegue to move desks so I could sit on that desk (2), manager assigned me desk 1 last shift but there theres no plug socket there so thrn I'm bavk to square 1 , with having to move mid way. Said prefer desk 2. He went with it. The collegue I asked to move then ended up standing whil her laptop was plugged into mine, I stood to regulate. I told her she cam sit on here till hers charges, mines got battery I fan sit on desk 1 then we can swap she said na it's fine. Manger saw us both standing but didbt intervene. Am i nursance?, I left at my reduced shift time end. Him on lunch/meeting, His supposed to have phoned me today to check in reflect on yesterday shift (thurs). Has he no? Has he messaged, no? So what just because if I've had a better shift that's it no reflection call day after! Does adjustments just go out the window. From 3 shifts attended since the meeting, only after my 1st shift has that call happened! I'm a nuisance- taking up too much time?!
I'm wobbly to go in thurs. His not in that base, it's other 2 managers in duty I dont know what thry know if me- they wont pick up my signs atleadt my manager picks up my signs). His then on leavr so forget that reflect phonr call az well!? If he would've phoned todau I couldve expressed my worry for thurs.
As much I feel uncomfortable with him, his aware of me and can pick up on my signs and checks in with me at start well has Done 3 shifts.
Is this all the adjustments starting to go out window!? Does 1 better shift send it all flying out. Does it undermine my struggle??

I know it's been a couple of days since you posted this - how are you doing today? Have you been able to speak to someone (e.g. one of the other two managers) after your shift? We're here to support you through this.

My manager messaged me Monday 4pm if o was free for a call before 6 so I spoke to him then. He just apoligised said its not working for them to call me day after as busy short staff. He then asked me if these phone calls day after to reflect is working fir me and I said yes like its only been implemented 2 times bht think it helps o think in a wsy he wad prob hoping I'll say na its not helping.
Reflected on shift he also thought it qas better he asked if anything particular made it said mot sure but the music being off quieter really helped. Then he went on to say his not in base this thurs so communicating with others. His goibg to email thrmm to make them aware of my time out and if I ask to go out thrn for thrmm to let me and that he'll communicate with them some if the signs his noticed from when im unsettled to them so thry can "look out and prompt me to go out ".
Ice had a wobbly week at home (dont wang to talk about it and no one at work is aware either) and so worried added on going in this Thursday as his not in nor is the new service manager whose aware of me in either. Ita another 2 leaders.
