    Yeah, it's best to steer clear of heavier stuff like spirits and only have them rarely. That's the stuff that will really mess up your liver. Which lagers do you tend to go for bro? I mainly stick with Guinness, Foster, Stella's or Carlings

    I agree, beer or lager etc its like 4 or 5 percent lager is way more I have Kronenberg, Stella, Budwieser etc. Sometimes Guinness,

    @eylah do you recall a while back, must have been a few years now, but parts of the UK hit 40 degrees for a day or two? That was okay for me cause it was strong winds where i was too. But 20 degrees with no strong breeze, NOPE.

    @eylah trust me, get a damp cloth, wet your head a bit with it, use a fan, and it's ice cold. Like 10 times more effective then a fan by itself.
