    @River i totally get it. I remember you did. But the thing is with counsellors is you can change them until you find one your truly comfortable with. So far, you've had an alcoholic, and then a lunatic who claimed self harm was just attention seeking. You deserve a counsellor who will support you and will help you. Don't be afraid to change as many times as you need until you get the right fit.

    @shannon_164 I'm doing fine thanks. I'm sorry that your not able to fully express everything here. But know that we care about you, and you are an awesome person. And it's understandable why you'd be frustrated not being able to vent about it all and having it dismissed. We're all proud of you for still pushing forward, and still being the kind soul that you are.

    yeah @River - sure the mix likes inconsistency lol one rule for some and a different for others! sure my post was edited and closed before when i said i felt ignored but someone else shared feeling ignored and staff team replied apologising for them feeling that way and how they take accountability etc but i got shutdown literally and a dm from the staff team for being a problem…

    @eylah amazing tattoo, and amazing message. I can't think of anything that truly symbolises struggles with hard times and resilience in the face of it, quite like that design. It looks fantastic.

    a couple of larger's every few months but not much more than that. Most i ever drank in one single sitting was a bottle of whiskey but that was spread out over like 12 hours solo on US election night. Predicted every state correct apart from Nevada B)

    Outside of that 1 of, a few larger's every few months is all. Oh and that time I had a fair few pints and proceeded to ace my uni project while tipsy 😂
