I’m missing a qualification

So basically I went to my old place of education to collect my certificates from last year but they only gave me English and I swear I’m missing employability, I’ll have to have a look but it’s stressing me out, I definitely got customer service certificates last year but not my employability ones
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.
