Invisible_meInvisible_me Posts: 382 Listening Ear
Hi.
I've started having momebts where I feel dizzy and light headed, out of balance like I'm unable to bear my own bodys weight (I'm v.slightly underweight though).
I had a fainting episode in Dec after a massive meltdown byt left it.
Now past week or so, I'm feeling dizzy as described above neatly every day or every othwr day. Like could be after a meltdown, I'm slightly hungry. I have severally meltdown etc so dunno why I've started having this now?? But I'm scared to go my doc ref to other theead.

Hi, Im sorry to hear you're feeling dizzy and all that, its definitely not fun at all. It sounds like it could be to do with stress considering it's after meltdowns. Also are you drinking enough water? Having enough food, sugar etc?

Possibly could be stress. But why now? Like I've been more stressed before and my meltdowns aren't anything new?

I'm eating and drinking better than before- that's what I don't get?

Unsure, sometimes that just happens like the stress has built up. So you have enough sugar?

We can’t give any medical advice on here and as someone who had dizziness frequently please speak to your gp, there can be many reasons why and yes it might be stress but it’s better to rule out anything underlying that’s causing it first
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.
