Hii I’m Kade. I’m 19 years old. I’ve joined here I because I’m struggling with a bit of a mental health relapse right now with that my anxiety has gotten really bad all of a sudden and it’s sticking around for way longer than I’ve been used to (last time things were this bad was in school).

I’ve been trying to be open with friends, my partner, and the people I work with but I’m hoping to find a community where I can more anonymously share information I may be too scared to yet.
