I told my mum about the time I ran to the office door, n sed 1 word on how I felt which was the s word wen the opened the door. They came out n sed 'I dont no how to help' so I went back where I fester with my emotions, so i texted 'shout', how would others deal with tht situation? . Now the staff say I'm being rude in public n the manager wrote a snobby email to my mum. I can't remember bring rude. Why don't carestaff come n tlk? Me n my mum both think tht they r 'inadequate' which is was a newsartical I found said on web (last place he managed) the last place is under a different name now

    Hey @ellie2000. It sounds really positive that you were able to reach out to Shout when you were struggling with knowing how to deal with your emotions. How do you feel it went when you reached out to Shout?

    You deserve to feel supported. It sounds like them talking to your mum about you, rather than talking to you directly made you feel this is the opposite to support, am I hearing this right?

    @Laura_tigger82 y do ppl tlk to the adults and not who it's concerning. I S.Hed today but today it was noticed, we had a chat n they didn't say 'I can't deal with this' this time 😀

    This sounds really hard, esspecially if you're not feeling properly supported. May I ask, in what kind of ways have you noticed yourself getting worse? What has this looked like day-to-day?

    Really glad you managed to get out @ellie2000 - beautiful scenary too! Although, I have to be honest, the dog made me smile even more than the sky and water :p

    If we could all just be surrounded by animals, hey! It would be simpler than the human world. As Disney says, "the human world... it's a mess". Is there something about humans, in particular, which has been tricky?
