Hav u lost it if go to bed @ 13:30 ND wake up at 18:30 thinking tht it's morning? Does ur thinking and having too many emotions the day b4, Where all u had was 'shout' 4 comfort and unhelpful people around u. Can ppl twist ur head like can they scramble how ur head works? In terms of sleeping, it can be particularly disorientating if you fall asleep mid-day or have heavy dreams! I think it's because you usually sleep at night so your body is familiar with it being morning when you wake up.

I don't want other ppl to suffer, coz I been through stuff b4 n I don't want it to get worse.
Was I right in raising concerns about tht carer who left after I went into therapy? Would the mess I'm in wouldn't b if I stayed quiet?
