Hav u lost it if go to bed @ 13:30 ND wake up at 18:30 thinking tht it's morning? Hey @ellie2000. Do you like Shout links? It sounds like they did not particularly give all the support you were looking for that day, have I heard that right - what would you have found more helpful than Shout?

In terms of sleeping, it can be particularly disorientating if you fall asleep mid-day or have heavy dreams! I think it's because you usually sleep at night so your body is familiar with it being morning when you wake up.

@Laura_tigger82 ppl said their heartbroken, why couldn't I keep my mouth shut. Wat can I do fix this? But I can't live under tht management. Apparently the last place he was at shut down bc they were deemed inadequate n something happened under his care where he was at

I don't want other ppl to suffer, coz I been through stuff b4 n I don't want it to get worse.
Was I right in raising concerns about tht carer who left after I went into therapy? Would the mess I'm in wouldn't b if I stayed quiet?

As they messed up the universal credit is the a reason to move too? Wat is universal credit?
Aarrggg will I ever hav normal carers?

You deserve to feel heard @ellie2000, especially when they are in a position of providing care and support. This is not your fault, even if you want to make this better because you care. You deserve to have carers who look out for you and support you.
