    tbh your not the only one when ppl ignore me i tend to feel rubbish abt myself etc so i hear is you. tbh you have every right to react in any way that you feel bc feeling ignored is rly not a nice feeling to go through. hugs 🫂
    ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

    You’re right to be offended because it’s feckin rude.

    There’s nothing I hate more than when people talk over me or interrupt when I’m talking. It’s the most annoying thing in the world.

    I think half the time people don’t even realise they’re doing it. When they do it often I don’t even bother talking to them I just nod and give them short answers when they’re talking away.

You deserve to be heard and listened to. Are you noticing that this is a specific individual or group of individuals at work that do this, or is this something that everyone at work is doing?
