The manager of the care emailed me how I was, I first sed about the state of the outside space. Then I sortof told him off abit haha. I stood up for myself. Wrong doings tht he accused me of, nd it was him that was In the wrong. If he gives stuff to me, is it Myne?
Was tht right thing do?

    @eylah @Laura_tigger82 I'm goin to the Arctic. Hopefully to see the northern lights bc I haven't seen them yet wen they were in the uk.
    I had normal feelings and thinking wen I had my therapist who was the good one. I feel all tht has come undone by the current management where I live
