I’m sorry to hear that you’re struggling with looking different when you’re inside and outside I think it’s really a light thing I think when you’re outside things become a lot clearer and you can see things more easily. Have you spoken to anybody about your worries around how you look? I think that you’re doing great and that it can be really hard sometimes to like compare yourself but just keep being you and your awesomeness will shine through

It's so positive that you're opening up to us here, and what you're going through is valid. There are so many societal expectations and pressures around beauty-standards, as well as stigma around being single, etc. And it can feel so all-consuming and crushing sometimes. I'm really sorry to hear that when you have tried to open up in the past about your anxieties, you've been labelled vein. I can imagine its isolating to be misunderstood like that, and you really do deserve to have these feelings taken seriously because they sound really heavy to be coping with.
You mentioned that in the past you've found therapy supportive, and that your therapist mentioned body dysmorphia. How did you feel about that? Did that term resonate with you?
