Hey @Creativeboy23, thank you for sharing how you feel with us. From the first situation, I can understand how you felt singled out during the mock interview. It sounds like the mentor was suggesting tips on how you highlight your strengths more to improve your interview performance, but that it came across as being singled out. How do you feel about that interaction?

On the second situation, I can hear how you feel frustrated at the lack of response about using software to present design for a project. It sounds like you've been proactive in trying other ways to get a response, but with no luck. It sounds like you really want to improve your project, and that not receiving a response is getting in the way of that. Unfortunately, having to wait for long times to get responses can happen due to various reasons, but it's fair that you're not happy with the time taken. Is there someone else that you could try reaching out to? Perhaps an individual in the enquiry team, or another method to contact them? We're here to support you through this <3
