Feeling singled out and upset with a delay in a response to a query

I have been struggling with feeling singled out for a long time. I have spoken to others about it but they seem to suggest that the emotion is inaccurate. I was remembering when a former mentor from a personal development programme mentioned that I could have highlighted my strengths more in my mock interview. A team member would tell me what to do in front of my other teammates.
Since graduating from university, I have recently returned to my design for a project in my portfolio. I queried whether I could use computer software to present my design on their buildings on 7 October and have not heard back since. I called the enquiry team to see if I could get through to the press office, but was directed to the photography administrator who told me that I should try emailing the press office again, which has caused further delay. I did not feel the impact of the delay was acknowledged enough. I have been unhappy with the delay in a response because it has stopped me from improving my project. I understand that there are possibilities in the situation, but I am dissatisfied with the service regardless.

On the second situation, I can hear how you feel frustrated at the lack of response about using software to present design for a project. It sounds like you've been proactive in trying other ways to get a response, but with no luck. It sounds like you really want to improve your project, and that not receiving a response is getting in the way of that. Unfortunately, having to wait for long times to get responses can happen due to various reasons, but it's fair that you're not happy with the time taken. Is there someone else that you could try reaching out to? Perhaps an individual in the enquiry team, or another method to contact them? We're here to support you through this
Hello @Azziman.
Yes. That is right. I thought that his comment was a definitive statement of who I am, and that everyone person I meet has the same judgement of me. So, I felt isolated and different. However, I know that it is unlikely that is how he intended for his comment to come across, and it is possible that I misinterpreted his comment as an personal attack.
I agree. I considered that the delay in a response may be happening because the team are receiving lots of queries whilst I expressed to them my unhappiness with the wait. I might call the enquiry team again and see if there is a different way to contact the enquiry team.
