I told my friend group that I’m adopted and now one of them just makes comments about it and it just hurts. She said early to not watch a show (I can’t remember the show) because it had an adopted kid in it. She also said “I can’t beat up an adopted kid”…it hurts

You deserve to feel loved and accepted for who you are. It's okay to feel upset and to voice your boundaries in this situation.
I am wondering if it would be helpful to talk directly to your friend and tell her how her comments make you feel. The best way to set this boundary this would to stay as calm as possible and be specific about the hurtful comments and how they impact how you feel about yourself and your relationship with her.
Does this sound like something you can do at this time? There is no rush as it sounds like you're feeling really hurt right now- and that's okay.
Sending hugs
