This is hard

It never gets easier does it. I just want this pain to end, even when I attempted awhile ago I never felt this horrid. How am I supposed to carry on like this when I can barely keep it together. I feel so dead inside, my heart just hurts. The constant flashbacks and pain 💔

Im trying but how do I keep going, Where's my hope and motivation gone 🥺

Hey @Rose113 I am really sorry to hear you are going through such a difficult time at the moment.

It's okay if you have days where you feel like you can't keep it together. You are doing the best you can and that is everything. Motivation and hope disappears but remember it will come back. The bad feelings will not last forever.
