    @ellie2000 Yes it can. Sometimes stress can present itself as anger, procrastination, anxiety and all sorts of other ways

    stress for me can be physical pain too. like when im stressed i get headaches and tummy ache. of course different for everyone as @lunarcat522 said. I also get chest pain which is scary but i get them when i am highley stressed. hope you’re ok! <3

    Are you struggling with stress at the moment @ellie2000? If so, would you like to share more with us about this?

    It looks like @lunarcat522 and @eylah_taylor have already shared some very valuable points about stress and how it impacts them. Stress can, indeed, impact people differently and how you are feeling is valid.

    What would you say helps you when you are feeling stressed? @lunarcat522 and @eylah_taylor - do you have anything that usually helps you when you are feeling stressed which might also help Ellie?

    For me, it would have to be talking about how I'm feeling, tea and relaxing music :)

    herbal tea. marmite on toast. and watching my favourite tv shows help a lot too. i also light lavender candle too if i feel myself getting stressed. i love relaxation too @Laura_tigger82 !

    Oooh, those are all good points @eylah_taylor! Do you have a particular favourite TV show when you are feeling stressed? For me, it would have to be The Simpsons - just find it really calming :)

    oh love that show! at the mo its love island. but normal its helicopter medical programs. ik you said calming programs but for me they are distracting in a way my stress calms down.

    Hi @ellie2000 yes stress can manifest in lots of different ways and that's what often makes it so tricky to manage, but as the others highlighted above there are definitely ways of easing some of that stress and making you more comfortable.

    @eylah_taylor love Island contestants off themselves after appearing on the show a host went in the ground too, and watching shows about ppl injuring themselves for money r no gd.

    Don't feel bad, sorry sharing opinions. But I think all day n I distract myself anyhow possible like researching tele shows and ect. try to smile 💖💛
