I got assaulted numerous times playing keyboard in hh, and after tht I kept looking at the door. Now tht I've moved and I'm safe n gd why do I keep doing it occasionally wen I'm on keys? I h8 this feelings

    It sounds like a learned behaviour, @ellie2000. Sometimes the things we do to keep ourselves safe stick around even when the danger is no longer there. It's quite normal. :)

    @JustV and does tht way of thinking make u go back to a behaviour u had. Bc u block out wat u think? Wat is the 'window of tolerance'
