Are towns better than others in the mental health fields? Can I keep goin with a service if it's in another town?
Regarding the phone calls, they're a useful way to check in with your therapist - that being said, if you feel that they're too frequent, I'd speak with your therapist and agree on a communication pattern that you're both happy with
Wonderful to hear that you have the support of a therapist! The therapeutic relationship can help support us through some challenging times and find a way to live as our authentic, true selves. How have you been finding the sessions so far?
I'd agree with the above in that you'd likely need to discuss the questions you have with the therapist/service you're working with currently, they should have the answers you're looking for.
