We are here with you and listening to you. I am really glad to hear you are safe but I can hear you are feeling really upset, burnt out and needing more support
It is really important to us that our signposts are guided by you. If you would rather have a different form of support, please don't hesitate to let us know.

From what I am hearing, you would like some support with your well-being. You would like to talk to someone every week who is ideally the same person every week.
They would have a non-judgemental and friendly approach but not counselling. Am I hearing this right?
Good news is that the counselling team have got back to me and said anyone that's interested in webchat sessions can email them at - counselling@themix.org.uk - and they will drop you a message when some sessions become available before they are posted up on the website
