    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    @Past User That sounds really tough not being able to reach them. I've just checked in with the helpline team and everything is all working okay. There's a few other YP accessing support at the moment so feel free to try again in a little while and hopefully you'll be able to connect with someone soon. Usually around 6pm there's a few more lovely advisors on the helpline so you should be able to get through <3

    While you're waiting, how would you feel about reaching out to Childline, Papyrus or Samaritans?

    @Past User Hey! Have you tried using shout? Just text the word 'SHOUT' to 85258. They're a mental health charity that offer free 24/7 support. The messages won't appear on your phone bill and it's confidential. You're generally connected to someone pretty quickly.
    I've not used it in a while, but I used to find it useful when I just wanted to chat to someone about how I was feeling.
    Maybe if you're having trouble with the 121 you can try this in the meantime?
