When you say you leave something unlocked, could you tell me what it is? maybe your phone or your door? we certainly want to help you feel more comfortable when you wake up in the morning <3

    Hey @ellie2000 I'm sorry to hear you are fearful when you’re going to bed, that is so tough. Is there a fear about something specific, or is it the darkness that’s difficult, or something else?

    Definitely @ellie2000 , they really do linger, it's like they're hanging over you and not letting you move on with your life. It's so frustrating to be plagued by that. I'm interested in your point about wanting it to be night time forever, what makes you happy about the night? xx
