    I think if you need support, then you deserve support. I don't think these feelings will change significantly when you move, particularly if you're holding a lot of trauma from past experiences. It may be helpful in getting you away from any situations or places that trigger trauma responses, and give you a place to almost have a deep breath, and feel a little better. However, it's also okay and normal for you to not feel that much better for moving, it's okay to still need support from professionals or mental health services <3

    When you move to a different town, the best thing to do is to register with the doctors there and ask for help if you feel you need it. They should be able to point you in the right direction/refer you somewhere relevant.

    When I was in Canada for a year,
    I became suicidal at points and was self harming
    , and because of this I was referred to the team doctor and had to travel 2 hours each way for therapy (as I was in a super remote location).

    It's entirely possible to get therapy if you want it, anywhere in the world :)

    i went to canada for abit, i went to c florence and the machine there :) and baseball which i thought was boring. i went to the rec room and the CN tower, did u no tht theres a bucket of water to bake it balance bc its so tall tht it mite fall over, and its made of girders. it was a radiostation :) toronto is very clean n the ppl r nice. if u put 14 plastic cup of water on bound spagetti it will stay upright

    They specialised in attack therapy they don't use no more. It's shut down now, they made excuses saying it was gd, but it wasn't.

    Shouting ring was very common with a person in the middle, until we couldn't take no more

    Their treatment sounds really terrible. You deserve a more supportive space.
