What kind of 'move' do you mean? Could you please provide us with some more context?
This will allow us to support you the best we can
I think if you need support, then you deserve support. I don't think these feelings will change significantly when you move, particularly if you're holding a lot of trauma from past experiences. It may be helpful in getting you away from any situations or places that trigger trauma responses, and give you a place to almost have a deep breath, and feel a little better. However, it's also okay and normal for you to not feel that much better for moving, it's okay to still need support from professionals or mental health services
