    I feel so so awful. How did I make it. Everyone seemed happy. I feel like I’m going to kil myself this year and ruin my families with a big Bill for a funeral so pretending to agree this year will be better was hard. Isn’t even finished first day and I feel awful.

    Hey Shaunie thanks for starting this thread. You’re an awesome person,  we all care about you and we’re always here if you ever need anything. What ever the new year throws you , you never have to face anything alone.

    Really not looking forward to those videos on tiktok where people share how good there year was with a happy song cause it depresses me cause am selfish

    @shaunie I don't think that makes you selfish, particularly if you've been through a difficult year. Remember that what's shown on social media is only a snippet of real life. You're allowed to feel what you feel, and it doesn't make you selfish, the fact you've got through this difficult year is good enough :)

    I've had a crap year too, what with my parents and that shit. I don't think I can live like this anymore

    @Shaunie That must be really boring! Are you able to mix with other people on the ward yet, or do you still have to wait for your PCR test?
