  It could be related to PTSD, Ellie. It's quite common for people with PTSD to feel self-blame or a need to apologise, even when they have done nothing wrong.

  Regardless of what it is caused by, it is never nice to feel like you need to apologise when you have not done something wrong. Would you like to talk some more about what you think you need to apologise for?
