This is Kate and I just turned 23 years old. I am doing a Master's. I like poetry and Spanish. I am struggling with anxiety and depression. I came over to the discussion board because the group chats closed. Looking forward to meeting you!

    Hey @Kate_20 it’s lovely to meet you. My name’s Elle and I also struggle with anxiety and depression, as many people do here. A lot of us get it and are happy to listen.

    Unfortunately the group chats are on a break at the moment, we have a break about 3 times a year to give the staff a rest. But usually, they’re on every night and a great place to meet people. Back on 6th September :)

    Welcome to the community @Kate_20. It's lovely to have you here and I hope to see you in chats again when we're back from our summer break :)
    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
