Positive affirmations - read one a day

Some you may already be familiar with positive affirmations, they are phrases you can say to yourself each day to help you with your mental health. By saying one a day, they are meant to help you feel stronger and believe in yourself. I thought this would make a nice thread in the positivity corner so we can check in on it and read them when we can
If you have any positive affirmations to share, post them below and we can all read one each day
I'll go first:
I Am Strong and Capable
Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
