Hi everyone, it's good to be here! I'm Sabby and I'm 22. I'm here cos I have awful generalised anxiety disorder and it's just getting out of hand these days. I have such negative "what if?" thoughts about things that are most likely gonna be okay, and my brain forces me to assume the worst and I can't stop on that train of thought once I start spiralling. Anyone else get feelings like this? I'm here for you if so, please feel free to vent in the comments, I love to listen (I'm such an introvert)!! And if you have any tricks to try and help with spiralling thoughts or anxiety attacks, I'd love to hear
