    That feeling of having so much weighing on your shoulders and so much stuck inside your mind is difficult. I feel like I'm ready to spill about everything going on but I can't.

    Hey @GreenTea sorry to hear that. Anxiety is such a horrible thing. Do you have any techniques you use to cope with it or like distraction things?

    Not really. I need to ring my GP because I feel like I've got no control over my anxiety anymore

    I don't think they can do much to be fair. In theory I'm still under the mental health team even though they wont do anything to support me

    Oh really? That seems strange and ridiculous that they won’t support you. Maybe your GP would be able to contact them again and see if they can reassess you or something, it’s always worth asking because you deserve to get the support.

    I guess they are really busy too at the moment so I don't know
