    it is, unless you're drinking 7 of them a day lol, I try to only have 2 but today I've had 4 because I was up early :joy:

    that's a part of why I cut down. I figured it couldn't be helping with my anxiety aha. Now just to tackle the chocolate problem lol

    Slightly scared lol. I booked it on my day off though so I won’t have to go back to work after I’ve had it
