My anxiety is so high at the moment 
think it’s all this lockdown stuff 
but been doing work experience today had one panic attack talking to line manger but asked for 5 min break to calm down

    Going well but I feel I’m going to mess this spreadsheet up tomorrow and get emotional but I have a check in daily in the afternoon where I can talk about worries etc 
    have to present in team meeting Thursday with boss so scared

    @happycatcrazy I'm sure someone can have a look over it for you to check it! You'll do fab in your presentation, just pretend you're talking to a blank screen :)
