    I just turned down an appointment with my sports psychologist because I didn't think I'd benefit at the moment but I'm honestly not sure what I would benefit from.

    @Shaunie they're usually related with high performing athletes and national teams I think. I've got one for my GB uni ice hockey team but this one that I've got is something I get because I'm one of my unis high performance athletes. 

    She has said she can help with other issues besides sports so it might be worth me doing that with her. At the moment sports really isn't my top priority.

    I hate everything about my life right now. I have been unemployed since July, but furloughed since April. I have no cash, my money from the Job Center has been sanctioned because nobody is willing to take a gamble on me...nobody is reading my CV or sending me an interview. 

    I have no IRL friends, I am struggling with sexual identity, I hate my family and I just really...really want to scream.

    This year can just do one.

    Apart from the music.

    And the games.

    ...and the anime

    Everything else can do one.

    :( that is a lot to be dealing with. 

    What jobs have you been applying for? 
    You could maybe make a thread for how to help your cv. My cv gets lots of interviews I can send you it if you like

    @Shaunie I've messaged her back asking if she'll do a regular session with me. I've built up a relationship with her and I know I won't be limited to a certain amount of sessions with her - like the uni counselling services and the NHS. Although I'm not sure if it's worth opening up everything for it to be left open and only have one session focussing on it. 

    Who knows, I guess we'll see what happens
