Hi, 

I don’t usually do this sort of stuff and I don’t really know how it works but it’s the last resort for me so I thought I’d give it a go

i’m Dylan, 22, student and I suffer with depression & anxiety.

    Nope definitely not I’m ok thanks feeling a lot  better today It was because I got some ingredients and in it was custard and I thought I had to use everything in there except the things I don’t like but I didn’t have custard on my pudding but the next morning I had apple crumble and custard and my usual breakfast granola, yogurt and dried fruit.

    Well I hope you sorted it out and I’m glad you’re feeling a lot better today! I’m quite fussy with my food, I’m very bland and boring lol I just like basic food I understand how it could’ve been frustrating for you

    I’m good thanks this morning last night it was bothering me why I couldn’t take part in an acting challenge because I didn’t have a pack but I choose not to but didn’t realise I couldn’t be part of the acting activity
