    My mum has gone back to work today again and it’s so strange without her in the house lol😂 even my dad says it’s weird without her here!

    Worst hold music I ever had was on the DWP’s PIP Enquiry line. I was on hold for over an hour and it was the most awful music I’ve ever heard. I bet there was only one person working and they were on their break or something because I’ve never had to hold for as long ever again.

    @Eleanor dance to it .. might make you feel a bit better 🕺🏼🕺🏼🕺🏼 You could create like a whole dance which is not only fun but also passes time. Winner, winner.

    Or even better, if it’s just a tune then make a song about how annoying the tune is and sing it to them when they answer the phone 😆 THEN dance to to the song.. you could have so much fun with this 🕺🏼 🎤

    @Liam that’s what I do with the fire alarm at my school, it’s such a funky sounding fire alarm so I try make dances and songs up in my head to pass the time standing on our front field aha

    My doctor’s surgery doesn’t have hold music, it just uses the ring back service where if they’re busy you press 5 and when they hang up it rings you back to ring them aha.

    You do have to ring them dead on 8.15 in the morning though to even have a chance of getting an appointment.
